Brenda Bunn
Bio
Brenda brings a blend of Southern California optimism and a natural gift for connecting with people. Her career began in the fast-paced world of hospitality, then shifted to the stability of property management, where she gained rigorous experience in finance, law, maintenance, and tenant relations. She earned her real estate license in 2005, and in April 2025 made her most meaningful transition yet—joining CFS as an Estate Administrator. This role marks a shift from managing assets to providing deeply empathetic service, drawing on her flexibility, resilience, and kindness.
Her move to Arizona was inspired by family, especially the birth of her first niece—a moment that re-centered her priorities and grounded her in her greatest source of joy: her nieces and nephews. At home, Brenda’s compassionate nature extends to her seven Rhodesian Ridgeback Lab mixes, a lively pack that found their way to her by chance. Just like with people, she has a way of attracting and caring for the vulnerable, turning life’s unplanned detours into opportunities for love and purpose.
